How to Stay Consistent with Your 2014 Resolutions

By: Physicians Preference RX

Did you know that 92% of New Year’s resolutions fail? It’s easy to set goals on January 1st, but by February 1st most of us have given in to our cravings for sweets or our temptation to skip the gym! Here are three easy tips to help you stay consistent with your resolutions through the end of 2014:
1. Write down your goal. Statistics show that people who write down their goals and then share that goal with a friend are 80% more likely to achieve it.
2. Reward yourself! Hard work deserves a treat and you are more likely to work harder towards your goal if you have a reward. If your resolution is to go to the gym, reward yourself after each workout with a special healthy treat!
3. Partner with family or friends. Doing anything by yourself is not only more difficult, but a lot less fun. A partner not only provides accountability, but also much needed support.
Consistency with your resolutions is the key to success, especially if your goals are related to health. Whether you’re on a bio-identical hormone regimen or a yeast-free eating program, the best way to achieve optimal health naturally is to be consistent with those plans. The staff at Hotze Pharmacy wants to partner with you in your 2014 goals! Post your goals below and we will follow up with you in one month to see how you are doing!
