Compounded Sirolimus (Rapamycin) Capsules and Compounded Sirolimus Topical Cream

This prescription has been compounded by Physicians Preference Pharmacy on physician’s orders.

MEDICATION: Phys Pref Sirolimus contains the active ingredient sirolimus. Compounded sirolimus acts as a mTOR inhibitor in the body and may be used to decrease inflammation and improve health span and life span. When taken orally on just a once per week basis, Phys Pref Sirolimus may offer benefits such as decreased inflammation, improved strength and endurance, increased energy, protection against cognitive decline, improved cardiovascular function, reduced gut dysbiosis, reduced blood pressure, and noticeably improved skin health. When used topically on the face and neck on a daily basis, our Topical Phys Pref Sirolimus has been shown to provide smoother skin and decreased wrinkles for our guests.

USE: Sirolimus in a mTOR inhibitor (mechanistic target of rapamycin inhibitor) which means that it works in the body to manage inflammation and factors which impact aging.

SIDE EFFECTS: Let your provider know if you experience any side-effects with Phys Pref sirolimus. Although uncommon, ulcers may temporarily appear in the mouth if oral sirolimus is taken too frequently. This is temporary and will resolve by increasing the time between doses.

WARNING: Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have a history or current status of altered kidney or liver function, including transplant. Let your doctor know if you plan on becoming pregnant.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Phys Pref Sirolimus is not recommended to be used in those who are pregnant or breastfeeding due to lack of studies in women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

DIRECTIONS: Take oral Phys Pref Sirolimus once per week or as directed by your physician with a full glass of water, with or without food. For topical Phys Pref Sirolimus, apply to the face or neck once daily as directed by your physician.

MISSED DOSAGE: Resume treatment the next day. Do not double up dosage.

STORAGE: Upon receipt, store at controlled room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.

DESCRIPTION: Oral Phys Pref Sirolimus – Clear capsule containing white powder. Topical Phys Pref Sirolimus – White cream.

DISPOSAL OF UNUSED MEDICATION – Contact the pharmacy for instructions on how to safely dispose of unused medication. Do not flush unused medication or pour down sink or drain.
