DRUG:

This compound contains sildenafil and tadalafil

USE:

Sildenafil and tadalafil are in a class of medications called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors, which may help with erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Sildenafil/tadalafil may be used to improve erectile dysfunction (ED, impotence; inability to get or keep an erection). Tadalafil may be used to improve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH; an enlarged prostate) which include difficulty urinating (hesitation, dribbling, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying), painful urination, and urinary frequency and urgency in adult men.

Before using: INFORM YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST of all prescription and over-the-counter medicines that you are taking. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding.

DIRECTIONS:

Dissolve under the tongue as directed. It may take a few minutes to dissolve.

IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.

CAUTIONS:

Do not take sildenafil/tadalafil if you are taking medications containing nitrates. Do not stop using this medicine without first checking with your doctor. It is important that you keep all doctor and laboratory appointments while you are using this medicine. Before you begin taking any new medicine, either prescription or over-the-counter, check with your doctor or pharmacist.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Most common side effects include flushing of the skin, headache and nausea

Drug interactions can result in unwanted side effects or prevent a medicine from doing its job. Inform your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and over-the-counter medicines that you are taking.

IF YOU TAKE TOO MUCH:

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Do not flush unused medication or pour down sink or drain.
