PHYS PREF Vitamin B Complex Cream

This prescription has been compounded by Physicians Preference Pharmacy on physician’s orders.

DRUG: This compounded cream contains a combination of the following B vitamins: B1, B5, B6, and B12.

USE:

This Vitamin B complex cream may help to decrease the pain, discomfort, inflammation and tingling feeling associated with nerve pain (neuropathy).

DIRECTIONS:

Apply cream topically to affected areas as directed by your physician.

CAUTIONS:

Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients contained in this medication. Do not stop using this medicine without first checking with your doctor. It is important that you keep all doctor and laboratory appointments while you are using this medicine. Before you begin taking any new medicine, either prescription or over-the-counter, check with your prescriber or pharmacist.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Although side-effects are not expected, especially with topical application, if you have any unusual effects from taking this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. In general, with topical medications the most common side-effect is irritation to the skin, most commonly in the form of redness or a rash.

STORAGE:

Upon receipt, store at controlled room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
