DRUG:

This compound contains Methylcobalamin, Hydroxycobalamin, Methyl folate, and Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

USE:

This compound may improve condition of Fatigue, Brain Fog, Memory, Sleep, ADHD, Behavioral Issues, and decrease homocysteine levels.

BEFORE USING:

INFORM YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding.

IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.

DIRECTIONS:

Dissolve under the tongue as directed and allow a few minutes to dissolve.

CAUTIONS:

DO NOT TAKE large doses of vitamins (megadoses or megavitamin therapy) unless directed to by your doctor. Do not stop using this medicine without first checking with your doctor. It is important that you keep all doctor and laboratory appointments while you are using this medicine. Before you begin taking any new medicine, either prescription or over-the-counter, check with your doctor or pharmacist.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Check with your doctor as soon as possible if you experience diarrhea, itching, rash, or hives. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, swelling, or flushing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
