DRUG:

PHYS PREF VITAMIN C PRIMER  is comprised of  Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate & tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate), Co Q10, Squalane, grape seed oil and Vitamin E in a paraben free base.

USE:

PHYS PREF VITAMIN C PRIMER  is a topical anti-oxidant compound.

DIRECTIONS:

PHYS PREF VITAMIN C PRIMER  is to be used on the face and neck every morning on fresh clean skin.  Make-up may be applied on top of the serum.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

It may cause slight tingling sensation.  If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid the eye area.

STORAGE:

Upon receipt, store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit away from sunlight and moisture.

DESCRIPTION:

Clear airless pump with silver cap filled  with yellow cream.

DISPOSAL OF UNUSED MEDICATION:

Do not flush unused medication or pour down sink or drain.
