DRUG:

This compound contains aminophylline, sildenafil, pentoxifylline, oxytocin, and testosterone.

USE:

This arousal enhancing cream is generally referred to by compounding pharmacies as Scream Cream. Scream Cream is a topical cream intended to be applied to the clitoris or external genitalia. This compounded combination of ingredients can increase blood flow to the applied area to increase libido (sex drive), the desire for sexual bonding, and has been reported to improve sensitivity and rates of orgasm. Scream Cream is designed to act locally without considerable absorption into the blood stream.

BEFORE USING:

INFORM YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST of all prescription and over-the-counter medicines that you are taking. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions or allergies. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or intend to become pregnant or breastfeed while using this cream.

DIRECTIONS:

Use this topical cream as directed by your physician. Typically, applying a pea sized amount of this cream to the clitoris or external genitalia within 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual relations is sufficient.

IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.

CAUTIONS:

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to aminophylline, sildenafil, pentoxifylline, oxytocin, or any other ingredients in this medication. Do not stop using this medicine without first checking with your prescriber. It is important that you keep all doctor and laboratory appointments while you are using this medicine. Before you begin taking any new medicine, either prescription or over-the-counter, check with your prescriber or pharmacist.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Although side-effects are not expected, especially with topical application, if you have any unusual effects from taking this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. In general, with topical medications the most common side-effect is irritation to the skin, most commonly in the form of redness or a rash. If this medication is not completely absorbed, it may cause irritation with your partner.

No drug interactions are known for this product. Inform your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and over-the-counter medicines that you are taking.
