PHYS PREF Skin Renewal Cream

This prescription has been compounded by Physicians Preference Pharmacy under physician’s order.

DRUG:

PHYS PREF SKIN RENEWAL CREAM  is comprised of  Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Alpha Lipoic Acid, DMAE, Co Q10, Azelaic Acid,  Estriol, Progesterone, and GHK-Cu in a paraben free cream base.

USE:

PHYS PREF SKIN RENEWAL CREAM is a topical anti-oxidant cream.

DIRECTIONS:

PHYS PREF SKIN RENEWAL CREAM is to be used on the face and neck one to two times daily.  It may be applied under a moisturizer and make-up.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Alpha lipoic acid or azelaic acid may cause a slight tingling sensation.  If redness or irritation persists, discontinue use. This product can expose you to chemicals including estrogens and progesterone, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer/birth defects or other reproductive harm (California Prop 65 Warning).

STORAGE:

Upon receipt, store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit away from sunlight and moisture.  Do not flush unused medications or pour down sink or drain.
